Lead and manage the HR US & Can Onboarding team, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all line of business in Clean Harbours, Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and systems, leveraging technology and automation., Collaborate with internal HR teams, including payroll, recruiting, and talent management, to resolve employee and manager inquiries., Prepare and analyze reports, scorecards, and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making., Ensure consistency and compliance in HR service delivery, mitigating risks and enhancing the employee experience., Lead cross-functional initiatives related to process and quality improvement., Develop and mentor team members (direct reportee-2-3 and a span of 30 employees), fostering a positive and collaborative work environment., Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction., Handle conflict resolution and provide guidance to team members on professional development.
